Present applications have been filed by the Petitioner-Applicant, seeking revival of the present writ petition and directions to the Respondents for taking appropriate action against their officers for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court on 4th October, 2024, whereby the present petition was disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 2 to decide the representation of the Petitioner dated 21st September, 2024 in an expeditious manner within two weeks.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that after passing of the aforementioned order, the Applicant had immediately filed another representation on 11th October, 2024 but till date, no response has been received to both the representations. He further states that the subject tender is in the process of being finalised by the Respondents. 3.

He states that in light of the above, the present writ petition may be considered on merits as the Respondents have willfully and deliberately not complied with the order dated 4th October, 2024. 4.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 states that the present writ petition was disposed of on 'day one' without any notice to the Respondent No.2. She states that as none was present for the Respondent No.2, the order dated 4th October, 2024 was not in the knowledge of the said Respondent. She, however, assures and undertakes to this Court that the order dated 4th October, 2024 shall be complied with within a week. 5.

Recording the aforesaid statement/undertaking, the present applications are disposed of.
