Senior counsel for the petitioner points out that threatening calls are being received from one Mr. Daksh Aggarwal, impersonating as a CBI Officer, to settle what is a family dispute between petitioner and his mother, brother and sister-in-law. This has been intimated to CBI, who have already reportedly filed an FIR against said Mr. Daksh Aggarwal being RC-DAI2019-A-0040 of 2019. 2.

Notwithstanding, any such complaint would have to be addressed to the jurisdictional court or police station.

Considering this, Senior Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the jurisdictional court or police station.
