The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking following reliefs:- "a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ seeking to issue appropriate directions to the Respondents so as to decide the representation dated 12.03.2024 with a speaking order on it; and/or (b) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ seeking to issue appropriate directions to the Respondent no. 1 so as to oust the illegal occupation; and/or"

the petitioner herein has not provided the relevant documents qua his grievance.

In view thereof, let the petitioner provide the documents, as sought for by the State.

In the meantime, it is also directed that the present writ petition be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and the concerned authority will decide the same within 15 days, under intimation to the petitioner.
