A Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to direct the Trial Corut to dismiss the Complaint under Section 20 & 22 of D.V. Act and to reject/dismiss the proceedings in Ct. Case No.14610/2020 and to direct Trial Court not to pass any adverse Orders till the final disposal of CT. Case No.14610/2020.
