This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition has been filed by Smt. Manju, wife of the late Sh. Amit Kuntar, alleging that her daughter- Ms. 'A' went missing on 16th September, 2024. Pursuant to that a complaint was made by the Petitionermother, to PS Jahangirpuri. The GD Entry No 0116A was made about the missing girl-Ms. 'A' on the same day and a search was initiated. 3.

A status report dated 3rd October, 2024 was handed over in the Court today and the same is taken on record. The date of birth of the daughter of the Petitioner-Ms. 'A' is 3rd September, 2006. Ms. 'A' was 18 years of age at the time of her marriage. As per the status report, three complaints were alleged to have been made, by the Petitioner-mother to PS Jahangir Puri, making allegations against the boy- Mr. Jatin Deep 5.

Today, the Court has interacted with the girl- Ms. 'A', her husbandMr. Jatin Deep as also with the Petitioner-mother. From the interaction, it is clear that Ms. 'A' does not have any allegations against the boy and she states that she has gone out of her own volition and married the boy. Considering the date of birth of the girl, she is a major. The Petitionermother does not approve of the marriage and also states that she does not approve of the boy-Mr. Jatin Deep.

Be that as it may, the girl-Ms. 'A' is now living with her husbandMr. Jatin Deep and with her in-laws in Railway Colony, Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad and she is being looked after by the husband. The Petitioner has now met her and the prayer in this petition stands satisfied. 7.

Further, the boy- Mr. Jatin Deep has undertaken not to misbehave with the Petitioner-mother and that he would take care of his wife- Ms. 'A' properly.

Complaints i.e. C-1080 Dt. 26th August, 2024 SHO/Jahangir Puri, C1017 Dt 11TH September, 2024 SHO/Jahagir Puri, Online Complaint No. 81720401012400074 be accordingly closed.
