% 11.12.2018 In this case an order was passed appointing the Official Liquidator as the Provisional Liquidator on 07.03.2018. Issuance of citation was also directed. However, in Co. Pet. 298/2015 this court had also already appointed the Official Liquidator as the Provisional Liquidator on 24.01.2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator states that they would pursue Co. Pet. 298/2015 as the order of winding up/appointing the Official Liquidator as the Provisional Liquidator was first made there i.e. on 24.01.2018.

Accordingly, the order dated 07.03.2018 in the present case is recalled.

The petition is disposed of in view of the fact that it is infructuous.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file its claim before the Official Liquidator within six weeks from today in the prescribed format. The petition stands disposed of.
