Learned counsels for the parties have admitted that the suit property is situated in the area of Chander Nagar, Delhi, which falls within the jurisdiction of East District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi. Accordingly order dated15.02.2016 for transfer of the matter to the court of Ld. District Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi is modified.
