% 16.07.2018 Further status report has been filed on record. The same shows that the girl-Muskaan gave birth to a male baby on 08.07.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that Muskaan is now residing with the petitioner and she frequently visits her maternal home which is in the neighbourhood. Muskaan is also present in Court with the infant child. She states that she wishes to reside with her husband-Bunty in her matrimonial home. Accordingly, in terms of the arrangement arrived at, as recorded in our order dated 06.03.2018, Muskaan is permitted to join the company of Bunty in her matrimonial home.
