By virtue of the present petitions, the petitioner seeks cancellation of trademark "DILLI KE DIL MEIN KYA HAI" registered in favour of respondent no.1 vide registration nos.3204673 and 3204637 in Classes 38 and 41 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 respectively. 2.

Settlement Agreement dated 01.07.2025 has been entered between the petitioner and respondent no. 1 and the same forms part of the record. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent no.1 submit that the parties have no objection if the present petitions are disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement dated 01.07.2025.

Learned counsel of the petitioner and the respondent no.1 confirm the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 01.07.2025 and identify the signatures of their respective clients.

This Court has perused the terms of Settlement Agreement dated 01.07.2025 as recorded inter se the petitioner and the respondent no.1 and finds them to be lawful.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that, in view of the Settlement Agreement dated 01.07.2025 inter se the petitioner and respondent no.1, the petitioner does not wish to press for any other relief(s) qua respondent no.2 in either of the present petitions. 6.

In light of the aforesaid, the present petitions are disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 01.07.2025, leaving the parties to bear their own respective costs.
