Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent No.3, on instructions, submit that the parties have amicably resolved and settled their all disputes by which the petitioner has agreed to pay the amount deposited by petitioner with the Registry of the Court pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 24.08.2006 with accrued interest to the respondent No.3 in full and final settlement of her all claims.

As per the report, a sum of Rs.1,26,000/- by cheque No.921527 dated 12.09.2006 was deposited by the petitioner with the Registry. This amount has been kept in FDR with the bank. It is agreed that the amount of Rs.1,26,000/- along with interest accrued thereon shall be released to the respondent/workman by the Registry of the Court and with the release of this amount, the claim of the respondent No.3 shall stand satisfied against the petitioner/management in its entirety. Ordered accordingly.

The petition is disposed of.

Application being CM No.3599/2009 also stands disposed of.
