From the impugned judgment it is apparent that accused No.2 whose name is Paramjeet @ Gola is son of Sh.Amarjeet and is a resident of 11/445, Kalyan Puri, Delhi-110091. As regards the appellant : Sanjeev @ Sanjeeva, he is son of Sh.Suresh Pal and he is a resident of 3/233, Trilok Puri, Delhi-110091.

It appears that when the memo of parties was drawn up the parentage and address of A-2 came to be shown as that of the appellant. 3.

Thus Crl.M.A.8968/2016 is disposed of correcting the memo of CRL.A. 210/2016

parties as prayed for and taking on record the amended memo of parties. 4.

Lest there be any confusion it may be taken on record that appeal pertains to FIR No.159/2012 for offences punishable under Section 302/201/34 IPC, P.S.Kalyan Puri.
