This petition is pending since the year 2005. 2.

In furtherance of last order, no application has been filed by the petitioner to get itself substituted with the Delhi Jal Board. Apparently, no such application can be filed because the petitioner authority does not exist at all. As submitted by learned counsel for petitioner, the petitioner authority ceased to exist in the year 1998 and its functions were taken over by the Delhi Jal Board. Despite that, the present petition was filed in the name of the Undertaking which had already ceased to exist. 3.

Under these circumstances, there being no existence of the petitioner, the petition and the pending application are dismissed.
