1. The present application is listed today for consideration.

2. It is submitted that main matter was already disposed off vide Order/Judgment dated 05.12.2024.

3. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has submitted that the present matter was settled through mediation settlement dated 21.11.2024 and in terms of the said settlement, the matter was disposed off vide order dated 05.12.2024. He has further submitted that the since the present matter has been settled through mediation, therefore, the plaintiff is entitled to refund of the court fees.

4. Heard. Record perused. present matter has been disposed off in terms of the settlement agreement arrived at between the parties in Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on 21.11.2024. Since the matter has been settled through mediation, therefore, the plaintiff is entitled to refund of the entire court fees in terms of judgment titled "Nutan Batra vs. M/s. Buniyaad Associates", 2018 SCC OnLine Del 12916. Certificate for refund of court fees be issued to the plaintiff accordingly.

5. The captioned IA stands disposed off accordingly.
