On the defendant No.1 filing process fee within two days, the flat in question bearing No.C-504, Krishna Apra Shapphire Apartments, Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh be sealed by the Bailiff. 3.

In order to seal the subject flat in terms of the order dated 23.8.2016, the Bailiff shall be at liberty to seek the assistance from the local SHO, including that of lady police officers, and break open the locks of the flat, if necessary.

If any goods are found lying therein, the same shall be inventorized and handed over to any appropriate Superdaar. 4.
