Mr. Mehrotra, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition as the parties have amicably settled the disputes between them by way of mediation.

In this regard, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that he will file the mediation settlement within 2 weeks from today. 4.

Since the matter has been settled, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

If the settlement agreement is not filed within 2 weeks from today, the file shall be put up before the court.
