The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:

i. initiate proceedings for contempt of this Hon'ble Court against the Respondents/Contemners- Chairman, Managing Director, Executive Director upon whose instructions Chief Manager Union Bank of India has proceeded and prosecute them in accordance with law for wilful! violation of directions passed by the Hon'ble DRT-II in TSA No.81/24 vide Order dated 23.07.2024, dt. 18.11.2022, 21.12.2022, 5.6.23, 17.7.23and 21.3.24. ii. Issue contempt proceedings against the respondents and its erring officials and be punished for having made the contempt of the orders of the Hon'ble Court and/or iii. pass any such or further orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." Learned Senior counsel for the respondents has handed over in Court an order dated 28.04.2025 in Misc. Appeal no. 295/2024 arising out of TSA No. 81/2024 passed by DRAT, Delhi. It is recorded therein that the present petition shall be withdrawn by the petitioner. The same is taken on record. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
