% 28.02.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be allowed to withdraw the present petitions and the applications filed therewith as the petitioner in both the petitions reserves the rights to institute civil suit to seek declaration of his status as licensee in the demised premises vis-a-vis Tejinder Walia rather than a tenant under the respondents. Both the petitions and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue her remedies in the civil Court, as stated above, in accordance with law.
