At the very outset, Mr. Jain has informed that the execution petition in question has already been adjourned sine die as the decree holder could not find out any details of the assets of the judgment debtor. 2.

Mr. Jain, also states that he is only representing the objector. 3.

After hearing some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the petition afresh in case the execution petition is revived by the decree holder or in case any coercive action is taken by the decree holder. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. Liberty as prayed is granted.
