% 29.10.2018 CO. APPL.1276/2018 This application seeks issuance of a direction to the Official Liquidator, to complete verification of the claims of the workmen within four weeks.

The record discloses that the direction to the Official Liquidator, to complete verification of the claims of the workmen, had been issued as far back as on 24th January, 2017 and four weeks had been granted at that stage.

Nevertheless, in view of the assurance given by Mr. Deepak Anand, learned counsel for the Official Liquidator, that the said exercise would be completed positively within a period of four weeks, this application is disposed of taking the said assurance on record. The representative of the workmen would be permitted to assist the Official Liquidator in that exercise.

Let a report, consequent to such verification, be filed before this Court on or before the date already fixed i.e. 19th December, 2018. C.HARI SHANKAR, J.
