CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.K.GAUBA

O R D E R

% 13.04.2017 The need to take care of the treatment of the ailing aged mother has not been confirmed. On the contrary, it is pointed out in the report of SHO, PS Kanjhawla that the petitioner's father is there is look after the mother of the petitioner, the ailment suffered by her being of routine nature, not requiring nay emergent situation to be handled. The ground of need for renewal of social ties also does not justify the prayer in as much as the petitioner has been availing the release on furlough almost regularly.

The petition is dismissed.
