This application under Section 152 CPC has been filed by the Petitioner seeking correction of Order dated 07.10.2024. 2.

It is stated by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that in paragraph No.6 of Order dated 07.10.2024, this Court was inclined to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of six months i.e. till 31.03.2025. However, inadvertently, in the paragraph No.6 of Order dated 07.10.2024, the mandate has been extended till 30.09.2025 instead of 31.03.2025.

In view of the above, the Order dated 07.10.2024 is modified to the extent that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended till 31.03.2025. 4.

Accordingly, paragraph No.6 of the Order dated 07.10.2024 is corrected.

The application is disposed of.
