Learned counsel submits that he does not wish to file a reply to the application.

The prayer made in the application is that the time to deposit the original FDR, the details of which are given in prayer clause "a" of the application, be extended.

On a query being made, learned counsel for the petitioners says that he will also deposit the other charges along with the calculation sheet. 6.

I am told by the counsel for the petitioners that documents under CODS- 2018 were deposited with the ROC on 27.04.2018. W.P.(C) 2056/2018

6.1 The said statement of the learned counsel is taken on record. 7.

The application is disposed of, giving time to the petitioners to deposit the original FDR and additional charges in terms of the directions in the order dated 23.03.2018, on or before 29.05.2018. 8.
