Counsel for respondent states that considering that petitioner is being represented by GPOA holder of the subsequent purchaser, they are ready to comply with the conversion process subject to relevant documents as required, being provided to them.

The communication has been sent to petitioner in this regard, counsel for petitioner states that documents at serial no. 3,8,12,13 & 14 are in the possession of the respondent no.2/Sapna Ghar Co-operative Society. 3.
Accordingly, the conversion process be completed on steps being taken by GPOA holder of the petitioner, for uploading of the relevant documents on the IDLI portal, as informed by counsel for respondent. 4.
The documents as noted above are in the possession of the respondent no. 2, shall be provided by respondent no.2 to Ms. Asha Pandey, GPO The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Holder of petitioner/subsequent purchaser or to her counsel Mr. Karan Gaur, in order that the said documents be submitted for uploading, for conversion process.

Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to revive the petition if there is any continued infraction. 6.
Needless to state, the process of permitting conversion will be subject to the verification of the documents, submitted by petitioner. 7.
If there is any document which is required for the process to be completed, which is in possession of the respondent no.2/Society, the same shall be provided by respondent no.2/Society, in addition to the documents noted above.
