This petition calls upon this Court to direct the Central Administrative Tribunal1, New Delhi to expedite and conclude final hearing in OA 3447/2023 (Jyoti Yadav v Union of India). 2.

It is not possible for this Court to pass any such directions. The learned Tribunal is the best judge of the prioritization of the matters before it. There may be several matters which are older than the petitioners'application and may seek more urgent reliefs. 3.
