% 09.03.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant limits the relief in the present appeal to issue a direction to the respondent to communicate expeditiously to the former the reasons as to why his actuarial folder has been blocked.

Mr. Nandrajog, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No. 1, on instructions, states that the reasons therefore shall be communicated to the appellant on his electronic mail address by the close to business hour by Monday i.e. 12.03.2018.

With the above directions, appeal along with the pending applications is disposed off.
