Pursuant to the last order passed, the petitioner has placed for our consideration a copy of an application dated 30 July 2024 which has been moved seeking revocation of the original order of cancellation dated 07 July 2023.

In view of the aforesaid, we find no justification to continue this writ petition on our board at this stage. The same shall stand disposed of with a direction to the competent authority of the respondent to duly examine the application for revocation as made and to dispose of the same expeditiously and in accordance with law. 3.

All rights and contentions of respective parties on merits are kept open.
