The Petitioner - Mrs. Baby Sahu, is a person with special needs. She states that she belongs to the weaker section of the society and accordingly, she has made a representation dated 13th May, 2019 to the Department of Law, Justice and Legal Affairs, Government of NCT of Delhi requesting the allotment of space in the Tis Hazari Court and Delhi High Court premises in the disadvantaged group, in order to enable her to carry out some business. 2.

In this regard, the Department of Law, Justice and Legal Affairs, Government of NCT of Delhi, through a communication dated 16th July, 2020 forwarded the representation of the Petitioner to the District and Sessions Judge, Headquarters, Tis Hazari Courts. 3.

allocation of the space in Court complexes is done through a bidding process and presently, there is no space available for allocation. 4.

In light of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondents to consider the present writ petition filed by the Petitioner as a representation and give a decision thereon, in accordance with law.

It is made clear that the Court has not commented on the merits of the case and all rights and contentions of parties are left open. 6.

Accordingly, the writ petition, along with pending application(s), is disposed of.
