BAIL APPLN. 488/2018 Vide the present application, the applicant seeks grant of anticipatory bail in relation to FIR no. 409/16, PS New Defence Colony under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. At the outset, on behalf of the State it has been submitted that the applicant has already been declared a proclaimed offender vide proceedings dated 26.02.2018 of the Court of the learned ACM, South East, Saket Courts.

Thus in view of the verdict of the Apex Court in "State of Madhya Pradesh Vs. Pradeep Sharma" in CRL.A.2049/2013 a verdict dated 06.12.2013 and the verdict of Apex Court in "Lavesh
