This is an application seeking modification of para 5(i) of the order dated 12.11.2024 wherein the petitioner was directed to furnish personal bond and surety bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000 each. 2.
It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner belongs to poor strata of society and is unable to give a surety bond of Rs. 10,000/-.

Issue notice. Mr. Bhandari, learned ASC accepts notice and does not oppose the application being allowed.

For the said reasons, the present application is allowed and the condition No. 5(i) of the order dated 12.11.2024 is modified. The petitioner shall be released on personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- only to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent. All other terms and conditions of the order dated 12.11.2024 shall remain unchanged. 5.
The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
