The parties except the Respondent No. 2 have appeared in person and they submitted that the matter has been amicably settled in the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Deed dated 20.03.2026.

The parties submit that the Settlement has already acted upon. Moreover, the parties are bound by the terms of the mediated Settlement. 3.

Learned counsel on behalf of the Appellants, seeks permission to withdraw the present Appeal.

In view of the submissions made, the Appeal is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. The pending Application also stands disposed of.
