% 16.03.2016 Respondent no.1 is present in court along with his father and confirms the disbursement of the amount in terms of the orders of this Court. Respondent no.1 further submits that the original disability certificate dated 24th April, 2015 at pages 98 and 99 of the record be released to him. Learned counsel for the appellant has no objection to the same. The Joint Registrar concerned shall release the original disability certificate dated 24th April, 2015 along with the covering letter dated 27th April, 2015 (at pages 98 and 99) to respondent no.1 after retaining a photocopy thereof on record within a period of ten days from today. This appeal has already been disposed of on 14th October, 2015 and need not be listed again.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
