The parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre ('Mediation Centre') via order dated 4th November, 2024.

Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have arrived at a settlement before the Mediation Centre.

The Settlement Agreement dated 24th March, 2025 (hereinafter 'Settlement Agreement') has been placed on record and the same bears the signatures of the parties and their respective counsel. 4.
I have perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.
5.
The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In terms of the settlement agreement, the defendants have paid a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- towards cost and damages.

In terms of the Settlement Agreement, the present suit is decreed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendants in terms of prayers sought in paragraph no.61(a) of the plaint.
8.
The plaintiff does not press the remaining reliefs prayed for in the plaint.
9.
Let the decree sheet be drawn up. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree.
10.
Since the matter has been settled in mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiff, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870, read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 11.
All pending applications stand disposed of.
