The parties have settled the matter before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 29th January, 2025. 2.

The Settlement Agreement dated 29th January, 2025 has been placed on record.

I have gone through the terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.

4.

The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 5.

In terms of the aforesaid settlement, a sum of Rs. 15,00,000/- has been paid by the defendant to the plaintiffs.

6.

In view of the above, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement above. Settlement Agreement dated 29th January, 2025 shall form part of the decree sheet.

Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.

Since the matter has been settled at an initial stage, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of 100% of the Court Fees in favour of the plaintiffs, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 9.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
