The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a period of one year. 2.

Counsel appears on behalf of the respondent and supports the aforesaid request of the petitioner.

Counsel for the parties jointly submit that the matter is at the stage of final arguments. The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is to expire on 9th October, 2025.

Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended for a period of one year from the said date.

The petition stands disposed of.
