The present petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking urgent interim reliefs. 2.

Mr. Samar Bansal, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if he is provided the following: i.

Online as well as physical access to the records/books of accounts of the partnership firm, M/s ARCOP Associates. ii.

Login credentials for net banking, GST and TDS of the said firm.

iii.

Laptop of the said firm.

Physical access to the office of the said firm. 3.

Mr. Manish Vashisht, senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, submits that the respondents have no objection providing the aforesaid access to the petitioner. This is without prejudice to his contention that all the records/passwords of the aforesaid firm are already available with the petitioner.

He further submits that the respondents have no difficulty if the petitioner would visit the firm's office and use the same. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition, along with pending application, stands disposed of.
