This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Section 9 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for a direction to stay the operation, enforcement and execution of EX.P. No. 44/2024 titled Bev Tek LLP v. M/s Himalayan Hygienic Food and Drinks Pvt. Ltd and Others pending before the Himachal Pradesh High Court on the ground that a petition under Section 34 has been filed in this Court being O.M.P.(COMM) 360/2024 challenging the arbitral award dated 09.04.2024. 2.

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate proceedings for stay of the operation of the award. 3.

Petition along with pending application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
