The present Petition, under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeks appointment of an Arbitrator. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter stands settled between them and the terms thereof have been recorded in the Settlement Agreement executed on 23.03.2026. A copy of the said Settlement Agreement has been handed over across the Bar, which is taken on record and marked as part of the record. 3.

In view of the above, the present Petition, along with pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 23.03.2026, with liberty to the parties to approach this Court for revival of the Petition in case of any breach of the terms thereof.
