This is a criminal revision petition filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 397 read with Section 401 and Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking setting aside of order dated 02.11.2023 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in CA No. 120/2020 titled 'Thomas Abrahim v. State & Ors.'

After canvassing some arguments and without adverting to the merits of the case, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition. 3.

Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn making it clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the Appellate Court will hear arguments uninfluenced by the filing of this petition.
