In view thereof, he submits that petitioner does not want to pursue the present petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same. However, he seeks liberty for filing an appropriate application before the Appellate Tribunal for early hearing.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
