Petitioner appears in person.

He is defending a suit for recovery and is aggrieved by several orders passed by the learned Trial Court. These are orders dated 13.07.2023, 23.02.2024 and 31.07.2024.

After hearing arguments for some time, petitioner who is also now an advocate, submits that, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, he does not press the present petition.

He, however, submits that since the case is already at the stage of his evidence, the learned Trial Court may be requested to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, particularly in view of the fact that there is admission on behalf of the plaintiff with respect to the part-amount. 5.

The petition is disposed of as not pressed.
