The present petition is filed seeking quashing of FIR No. OD-NC-001200 dated 29.11.2023 for offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at e-Police Station (Nihal Vihar, Outer District).

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, submits that the present petition has become infructuous since pursuant to the investigation, the report seeking closure of the case has been filed before the Magistrate which is pending consideration.

In view of the above, no orders are required to be passed in the present petition at this stage.

4.

The present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case any grievance remains in future.
