Petitioner is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court and seeks time-bound adjudication of his suit.

The suit was instituted in the year 2018 and is reportedly at the stage of DE.

After hearing arguments for some time, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move application afresh before the learned Trial Court with prayer to learned Trial Court to decide the above said suit as expeditiously as possible. 4.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 5.

It is expected that if any such application is moved before the learned Trial Court, it shall while keeping in mind its own Board position, consider the same in accordance with law.
