By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 459/2023, dated 25.08.2023, registered at Police Station Prem Nagar, Delhi, under Sections 354(D)/376/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012.

There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is taken up for hearing.

The petitioner was unrepresented even on the first date of hearing, i.e. 15.09.2025. Although he was subsequently represented on 19.01.2026 and 12.03.2026, an adjournment was sought on his behalf on 12.03.2026. 4.

In the last order dated 02.04.2026, it was recorded that there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner even on the second call. 5.
