% 29.01.2025 CRL.M.A. 34335/2024 (by the petitioners under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking correction in order dated 07.10.2024) 1.

The present application has been filed by the petitioners under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking correction of order dated 07.10.2024. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners/applicants has pointed out that in paras 1 and 18 of the said order, FIR number has been incorrectly mentioned as "1499/2021" instead of "1449/2021." 2.

This position is not disputed by the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

In view of the above, paras 1 and 18 of the order dated 07.10.2024 are corrected to read as under :

"1.

The instant petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter "BNSS) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. "Cr.P.C.") has been filed by the petitioners praying for quashing of FIR bearing No. 1449/2021 dated 30th December, 2021, registered at Police Station Nihal Vihar, Delhi, for offences punishable under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter "IPC") alongwith the charge-sheet and proceedings emanating therefrom.

18. Accordingly, FIR bearing No. 1449/2021 dated 30th December, 2021, registered at Police Station Nihal Vihar, for offences punishable under Sections 498A/406/34 of the IPC alongwith the charge-sheet and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed."
