The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 10/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act seeks following prayers:- <a) Initiate Contempt proceedings against Respondent No.4 under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated14.10.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. No. 14382 of 2024;

b) Pass such Order(s) as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case and in favour of the Petitioner.= 3.

directions were passed:- <5. After hearing the leared counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is of the view that the STF cannot close the complaint on the ground mentioned at page 44 of the paper book.

6. Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.4 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 30th March, 2024 in accordance with law by way of speaking order as expeditiously as possible.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.= 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of DDA, who appears on advance notice, has handed up in Court today order dated 17.02.2025 passed by Member Secretary in pursuance of the aforesaid directions given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. Copy of the said order has been supplied to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the legal remedies in accordance with law before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
