The Mediation report dated 10.04.2017 prepared by the Mediator has been sent to the Court. This report has been prepared in terms of the settlement agreement arrived at inter-se on 21.03.2017. Parties will be bound by the terms and conditions contained in the settlement which has been signed by all the parties. Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this suit in terms of the aforenoted settlement. Permission granted.
