The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No.107/2019 registered under Sections 323/341/506/509/34 IPC at P.S. Kotwali, Delhi on the ground that the parties have amicably settled their disputes.

As per the allegations levelled in the FIR, the petitioners gave beatings to the respondent No.2 causing her injuries and mental distress. 3.

Learned APP for the State submits that in the present case, the petitioners are the only accused persons and respondent No.2 is the complainant/victim. He further submits that the chargesheet in the present case has been filed.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that the parties have entered into a settlement vide mediation settlement on 06.02.2020 and in terms of the settlement, respondent Nos.2 and 3 do not wish to pursue any legal The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. action against the present petitioners herein and are now left with no claims or grievances whatsoever against the present petitioners. 5.

The petitioner and respondent Nos.2 & 3, who are present in Court, have been identified by their respective counsels as well as by the Investigating Officer.

The petitioners have shown remorse for their conduct and undertake not to repeat the same in future. Respondent Nos.2 & 3 state that they have entered into the aforesaid mediation settlement with the present petitioners out of their own free will, volition and without any coercion. They further state that they have no objection if the present FIR and consequent proceedings are quashed against the present petitioners. 7.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that there is another connected FIR being FIR No.110/2019 registered under Sections 323/341/354/506/509/34 IPC at P.S. Kotwali, Delhi which has also been quashed vide CRL.M.C. 1405/2020.

The parties shall remain bound by the statements made in Court today.

In view of the above facts and since no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the present criminal proceedings, it is directed that the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed against the present petitioners.

With the above directions, the petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
