This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 373/2024 PS Hari Nagar under Sections 74/79/l15(2)/126(2)/351(2)(3)/3(5) BNS on the basis of a settlement arrived at between the parties. 2.
Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are present in Court and duly identified by the IO. Respondent No.4 is present through VC and duly identified by the IO, as well.

Petitioner Nos.1-3 are also present in Court and duly identified by the IO.

Respondent No.2/complainant is present in Court and states that she knew the petitioners and they have amicably resolved their disputes and she has no objection to the quashing of the FIR.

the Court, it would be appropriate that the said FIR is quashed, subject to Rs.25,000/- each to be paid by the petitioners to Gurudwara Baba Zorawar Singh Ji Baba Fateh Singh Ji at Fateh Nagar within a period of two weeks from today.

The said donations will be paid towards a langar for the underprivileged children of the community, in which the petitioners shall participate and provide service.

An affidavit along with the receipt of the deposit being paid shall be filed within two weeks thereafter.

A copy of the same will be given to the IO, as well. 9.
Considering the above settlement between the parties and the chances of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No. 373/2024 PS Hari Nagar under Sections 74/79/l15(2)/126(2)/351(2)(3)/3(5) BNS and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 11.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
