By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following prayer:

"A.That impugned judgment dated 31/08/2024 passed in criminal appeal no. 85/2024 by Ld. Sh. Puneet Pahwa, Asj, North East District,'Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, vide which Ld. appellate court has dismissed the appeal against the order of conviction dated 02/04/2024 passed by Sh. Prayank Nayak, C.M.M, North East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, vide which Ld. Trial Court has convicted the revisionist u/s 138 N.I. Act, may kindly be set asideqand the Revisionist be acquitted in the said matter; B. That the trial court record be summoned for the kind perusal of record;"

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that the petitioner herein has undergone the entire sentence awarded to him by the learned Trial Court as well as Sessions Court.
