The present petition is filed challenging the order dated 28.08.2024 passed by the learned Trial Court, striking off the name of the petitioner from the list of witnesses. 2.

The petitioner was the complainant in Cr. Case No. 422003/2016 arising out of FIR No. 902/2015 under Sections 506/509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The FIR was registered on a complaint given by the petitioner levelling certain allegations against Respondent No. 2. 4.

At the outset, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and the learned Counsel who represents Respondent No. 2 states that the trial has since proceeded and Respondent No. 2 has already been acquitted by the final judgment dated 06.08.2025. 5.
